Thanks Philip! It turned out that the service was running but with the Local
System account. I changed this user to IAManager because we have IA Secure (no
Fox account) and the installation guide talks something about this. Let's see
what happens. We have version 3.0.3.

Ignacio,
It sounds like the xxx_Checkpoint_Spy task isn't working anymore on the CP host
for that block. Either kill the task and restart it, or reboot the CP host, to
refresh the task. That should cause it to automatically generate new files to
send to the System Auditor server. I created a script that kills and restarts
the task every 2 hours during business hours to resolve this problem.
