We have faced the same issue of viewing the historian alarms. The Schneider
electric engineer has suggested the below points:
1. The maximum historian alarms that can fetched in the view is only 40000,
(we had set @ 75000, same was corrected).
2. Latest quick fix QF1189216 was installed.
3. In our case, alarms were not properly defined due to which more alarms were
getting generated. We are reviewing and redefining the alarms.
4. He has suggested for System auditor (Fox ray), which has better alarm
handling facility.
