The change has nothing specific to do with MKS. The difference is
related to making the underlying time UCT and working with the GPS time
synchronization.

I am not sure that it uses the MKS toolkit (unless it is indirectly
throgh some foxboro DLL's). I modified the solaris version to work on
an NT I/A system, so I am not surprised that it does not work on the
latest windows I/A offerings. I used the Cygwin stuff to compile the
program with gcc. I also used a couple of I/A DLL that I had to make
DEF files for before the gcc compile would work. Perhaps these have
changed?

I do not have access to a V8.2 XP SP2 system to try and recompile and
test. Is there anyone else out there that feels comfortable installing
Cygwin and recompiling? Failing that if someone could send me the
DLL's (fox.dll and foxfdr.dll) I could try the compile on my non-I/A
windows box (yes I actually have to use windows as my desktop at
work.... that is until I get a Mac ;)
