Try replacing the RCNI and check your nodebus cable.

Subject: [foxboro] 51G boot Issue

I have a 51G box that I replaced and noticed the annunciator was not working. I
rebooted once to no avail. The next day I rebooted and it won't boot now.
During the bootup sequence it does the / file system check and it seems fine.
When it starts the IA portion after the copyright and says "NOTICE:
vfox_attach" it pauses for a few seconds then says "Program terminated" and
goes to the "ok" prompt. Is this a failed or corrupt hard drive? Or a hardware
issue? Thanks in advance. I'm trying to avoid restoring the hard drive.
