[foxboro] Trackball Freezing

Hello List,
Yesterday during a startup from an outage, we had an experience where an 
operator was operating from 3 different Workstations (Win 7, I/A 9.1, FV 10.4). 
 Several times on each WP the Foxboro approved trackball would stop moving the 
mouse pointer.  Push/pull of the USB plug would get it started again.  There 
was very high usage of the WP's at the time.  Just wondering if anyone else has 
seen something like this?
