[foxboro] ROUT block shows deployed in Archestra but not in Select Tool

I'm having a problem where if I deploy a ROUT block (or COUT or IOUT) It
will show deployed in Archestra but if I bring up the block in Select it
shows as undeployed. I have tried to synchronize status to no avail. It
doesn't matter whether I have an FBM connection specified or not and I
can deploy other blocks such as PIDA. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
