[foxboro] Definition of seperate phase for purchasing

I would appreciate if I can have a document detailing each phase of
purchasing for Foxboro IA series. I would like to know things like duration,
availability, still in production?? etc etc for each phase below..
1. Preferred
2. Available
3. Mature
4. Lifetime Obsolete
