[foxboro] AIM* on IA 8.6

Calling on the list for any assistance with installation of AIM on IA8.6.
We have purchase new Dell R710 server to load up and retire PowerEdge 2900.
Installed V8.6 with all quick fixes, AIM * 3.3.1 (which is the quick fix
release) installs normally. AIM Admin works fine, and both the temp code and
Foxboro newly provided license on new host ID show valid. Anytime we launch
historian manager; error codes are similar to that if proper license would not
install.
Any ideas?
AIM QF does not have any documentation within the .iso image download.
