You don’t need to. but if someone is not confortable to play with someone who
hasn’t been tested they don’t need to play. So at least making it explicit that
you are not going to test, may help someone to take their decisions.
Playing outdoors is a low risk activity, but everyone decides what risks are
they willing to face, and as mentioned by Dolphy you can always get it multiple
times, so the fact that you got it las December, doesn’t completely excludes
the possibility of you getting it again now.
But again, all of this is about personal choices, and when I’m suggesting to
take the test, is more about giving info to others to take their own decisions.

p.s. Unfortunately I tested positive for covid yesterday, so I won’t be
able to play this week, and will make sure to test negative before joining
back. Mild symptoms so far, so no need to worry!.
