I used to be positive with covid virus last Christmas. I currently have
no covid symptoms. I wonder why I do need to make a LFT?

I think that should be fine. I have 4 test kit and I can bring to the pitch today if anyone want to test before the game or can't do the test because you dont' have the kit with you.
Personally I don't have any problem with catching covid again, I got few times already. ( but don't be like me ) Of Course I've test this morning and Im negative.

p.s. Unfortunately I tested positive for covid yesterday, so
I won’t be able to play this week, and will make sure to test
negative before joining back. Mild symptoms so far, so no
need to worry!.
