With all the Ukraine news last night, I got the assignment to email Victor. so
i'm starting with our last communication.
Soviets could leave USSR only once in their lifetime, need special invitation,
etc ... but visiting US was like a life-dream beyond reach ... so I invited a
ton of them ... Victor and Larissa were the only 2 who made the trip. Tyler
remembers Victor beating the computer at chess. He was a paratrouper. DP

Don't trust a politician. and if they cannot be trusted, then the safest thing
is for them to have very little power. The best government is one that lets
people alone to make their own decisions about their life. Only you can decide

I can't talk about the American people and their views. I don't know. And
when sometimes I read the American media about the American government, I also
see that in the USSR. Censorship, only ONE opinion is correct. Most of all, it
is depressing that people are not looked at in their minds and their
professionalism. (and by skin color - - sexual orientation - gender.)
