We have many garder snakes. One guards our front door and chases away
undesirables ... sleeps under the sidewalk. He decided to explore and found
himself in my garage. I came back 2 minutes later to see if he found his way
back home But alas I saw the end of his tail disappear under the garage
refrig. That will be warm for him temporarily, but none of his food there and
not sharing mine. so now I'm scared to walk in my garage ... affraid that I
might step on and squash the poor little guy.

We find enough shed skins in our surroundingyard areas so, no thanks, we don’t
really need any more. Ours, though, are mostly of the garden varieties as well
as larger Pine Snakes.(Pine snakes do somewhat resemble rattlesnakes at first
glance.). -sheri

Thanks for the offer. I think I WILL PASS. NOT MY PREFERRED WAY TO LEAVE THIS

For anyone who needs a getaway, the annual Sweetwater Rattlesnake Roundup is
scheduled for March 11,12,13 at the Nolan County Coliseum in Sweetwater Texas.
I went there 2 years in a row in 1967 & 1968, thanks to my uncle, Sam. It's
really very interesting and you can buy snake skins and other trophies as well
as an opportunity to eat deep fried rattlesnake. Sweetwater is located on I-20
just 40 miles west of Abilene. Nolan County Coliseum is on the north edge of
town by Newman Park,The roundup is always on the second weekend of March if you
can't make it this year. Mike
