[fenrir-screenreader] Ubuntu 21.1: check dependencies is failing though everything is passing

Hi all,

I am running check-dependencies pi and all the checks are passing but the
script is saying that Fenrir core is unavailable. 

Anyone any ideas? I have just pulled the latest Fenrir.
