To All League Members
Sorry for any cross-posting of this notice.
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of all League members will take
place in the League on next Saturday 19th May 2018 commencing at 4:30 p.m.
sharp. Please note that Mass for deceased League members and benefactors will
take place at 6:00 p.m. followed afterwards by refreshments and bar facilities.
Please be aware that this meeting will commence at 4:30 sharp as there is quite
a lot of business to be transacted. The annual report for 2017 will be
presented as will a synopsis of our accounts.
We will be asking for volunteers to act as trustees and sub-committee members.
The main business of the day however will be a discussion on the future of the
League itself.
Anyone requiring refreshments should have their names given to any of the Board
no later than Wednesday evening next 16th May 2018 as we need to notify the
caterers.
Only paid up members can attend the general meeting; all are welcome to the
Mass and the refreshments afterwards. A â¬5 charge will apply to non members
to avail of the refreshments.
Please pass this notice along to your friends particularly those not having
access to a PC.
