Bert, What a beautifully clear explanation that is! I can see that this is a sort of privacy setting to use whenever you choose to have a quiet undisturbed period such as during the night while asleep or maybe during a lecture so that you don't get any distractions. I like the feature that permits selected favourites to come through even during the rest time since they might really need to get through.
