[faxcenter] New Beta (1.4 build 14)

Ok, new beta. The only change is the addition of a few lines of debug output
messages for myself to track down the "fine send size issue". I have tracked
it down to the fact that the file is being not converted properly (it has
the dimensions of a Fine image, but the resolution of a normal image). I am
not sure what has changed, but someone running an old build and a new build
immediately after sees the difference (the old works fine, the new one is
screwy).
So what I need is someone to download this new build, run it with "Fine"
quality selected in the send options, and send a fax. Then email me a copy
of the console log (make sure you have full logging turned on, as that will
show in the console log and make a difference). It would also be nice if you
were having issues previously if you could try this, as that is the most
relevant info.
