dopo tanto impazzimento ho scoperto che per togliere lo schifoso boot
grafico di amndrake 8.2 basta rimuovere un pacchetto (rpm -e bootsplash)
ora dato che devo riavviare da win un attimo al posto del logo di boot
con scritto windows 98 ci metto i messaggi del kernel
