I agree on a new mngmt company. He is a nice guy, but not with it. He called
me oneday to see if I had any documents on window replacement. He said how can
he tell811 to change their windows and what does he do if they say NO. I sent
them lettersfrom the attorney that states the board has the power to enforce
window replacements.
I want to call him to tell him to line up gutter cleaning in early to midDec.

So, he managed to send out the wrong proxy. It was supposed to be for Val or
Donna, he sent it out for BOTH.
I already complained about his lack of paying attention ... not that it will

I am open to finding a new management company, I am NOT open to self management.

This guy is unengaged, but they all are, I think. Honestly, I've had to do
less on my side than with any other management company.
