Tom D. contacted me today to ask if we had copies of our prior proxies in Word
format. I could not find it.
So, he managed to send out the wrong proxy. It was supposed to be for Val or
Donna, he sent it out for BOTH.
I already complained about his lack of paying attention ... not that it will
make any difference at all.
Trying to fix this now will just confuse the crap out of everyone.
I am open to finding a new management company, I am NOT open to self management.
Period.
This guy is unengaged, but they all are, I think. Honestly, I've had to do
less on my side than with any other management company.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....
