We'll take up the awning issue at the Board meeting on the 14th.
But, I wanted to comment on Rich's note above. In general, homeowners should be
directing requests like this to the management company, not directly to our
vendors. They should also not be engaging their own landscaping projects
on the common property.

Can you please reach out to Rich, and get the particulars of what he feels
needs to be done and work with us/Rosemont on the required steps.
Also, one other item we have to handle formally at our Board meeting to
reimburse
the Hoffs $400 for the long ago damage done by a Board-hired landscaper.
I think we've all agreed this is fair, but it needs to be entered into the
minutes of the Board meeting to be legal and approved.
