Mohammed, why would you want to give each user a storage group? Each storage
group can contain 5 databases each, for a total of 20 databases. Each
database can basically contain as many mailboxes as you want. One storage
group, containing one database is more than enough storage for your 25
users. Keep it simple. For more about Exchange 2000 storage concepts, check

I am in late on this, as I don't watch most unless they seem relevant to
me.
Have you recently added updates? Is this W2K3? There are fixes which I
found with the help of some of these members, on Microsoft's web site,
and I had to apply some patches to make things work properly.

Maybe you should sit back and watch the list for a while and learn how
to phrase your questions a little more politely.

Also details of your environment would be a good idea.

Hi Krisna,
Provide a little more info. What happens when you open the OWA url? What
error message do you get. Are you trying to access OWA from the LAN or
from the Internet ? What type of authentication have you enabled ?
Etc..etc..etc...

Thanks.

Regards,

Raj
