The mailbox is not disabled, the user is.. so the mailbox receives incoming 
mail.... we have other user ID's that are disabled and the synchronization 
occurs with no problem...

Hi all,
I am unable to find any information regarding Event ID 9583 and MSExchangeIS 
Mailbox..  we have 4 Exchange 2K servers w/SP3 running on Win2K, SP3.
 
The description says:
Exchange could not synchronize the information for mailbox xxxx (mailbox store: 
xxxx) with the information in the directory (error code: 0x80070005).
 
I have searched MS, and www.eventid.net <http://www.eventid.net/>  doesn't know 
either.
 
The mailbox owner is a disabled account, however, none of the other disabled 
accounts respond in this way.
