Hi, There are two options of configuring user environment: 1. working in the mailbox (on the Exchange Server) 2. Downloading the mails locally (pst file on the PC) From what you are saying it look like that, the user mails were stored locally (PST file) - if yes you have to import the pst file from the old PC to the new PC.
