Yes, they are printing out on the same printer. Is it possible that my user who is sending the email has something that's corrupt on her pc. It's only this one user and that I know of... this person who receives and prints, prints others fine. She complains that "every time" this one user sends email it prints like this...

Are they printing out on the same printer?
A large amount of garbled pages typically indicates a corrupted, or
incorrect, print driver.

I have a user who sends out an email from Office XP, Exchange 5.5.
When a person receives the email and prints it, it prints out junk
fonts (about 60 pages worth).  If another person from the same company
sends
out the email, it prints fine (maybe one page).
