I had the same problem before, to fix this problem;
1. Open outlook
2. Go to file / print
3. Under page style click page setup
4. Pick Memo Style, if it is already picked pick the other one and that
should fix your problem

Yes, they are printing out on the same printer. Is it possible that my
user
who is sending the email has something that's corrupt on her pc. It's
only
this one user and that I know of... this person who receives and prints,
prints others fine. She complains that "every time" this one user sends
email it prints like this...
