error "Unable to Update Free/Busy Data"

Hi All,
I get this error very often. I'm using Exchange 2000 advanced
server with SP3. I get this error on all versions of outlook (98, 2000 and
2002). I've installed the latest service pack for Office XP as well, that
didn't solve my problem.
Could you please help me in getting rid of this error.
