No you won't :-)
Because a Windows 2000 Forest can only contain one Exchange 2000
organization and this would have been established by installing the
first Exchange 2000 server, because the second Exchange 2000 server is
in the same AD Forest it will automatically be a member of the same
Exchange 2000 organization, you are correct about the Routing Groups,
but without knowing more about the environment it is hard to say if he
needs more than one RC.
Not sure what you mean by "it will prompt you for the replication
method"?

At the time of the installtion you will be asked the name of the
organisation.... the organization name needs to be the same as the one
on the first server... and then configure them to be ion the routing
groups and all that... and it will also ask you for the replication
methods and all that... you will be prompted about it at the
installation time of the second server.
