Virus on Exchange server.

Hi All,
We have Exchange 2000 on a member server and all users have outlook 2000. We
are a complete Norton Anti-Virus network, but since 2 days ago the network
has been down. We have been struck by a virus called Nofer.c, it sends out
Emails to all people on the contacts.
Has anyone heard of a virus by this name, please let me know how to clean it
out, or should I simply re-install the machine back on again.
