CA's eTrust Antivirus is great and light, too. Too bad it can only be run on 
the back-end (vs-api mode).

What is your opinion about Symantec Antivirus Filtering for MS Exchange?
What do the other two (Sybari and Trend) like as compared to SAVFMSE?

Agreed. Those are the only two I would consider.

Personally I use Trend but would have no issues with using Sybari.

It's one of my two favorite solutions for Exchange on the AV front (the
other being Trend's offering).  In my personal opinion, while you
probably should evaluate multiple offerings to determine which best
meets your needs, those are the two that repeatedly come up on top.
