Does this work for Ex2k also?
Try it on Ex5.5 before but not on Ex2k.

What is the process for stopping Exchange services by command line (ie to
write a batch file to stop or start Exchange services)

      Net Stop MTA ???

      Net Start MTA ???

And in what order do they need to be (so that the process doesn't stop &
ask for input)

      Happy new Year to all!
