Bsed upon the event ids..Its seems that you are experiencing a Virtual
memory fragmentation issue. Where in at a particular point of time the
memory blocks availabe for Exchange is very less and it stops responding
this happens gradually and the mail flow stops. Doing a reboot of the
server solves the problem.

You should understand that this is nothing to do with the Physical memory.
This issue is caused as exchange server is not configured properly.
