There's probably a lot fancier way of doing this, but I'd use blat.

write a little batch file, stick it on your desktop (make sure blat.exe
is in your path), add a reoccurring item to your calendar that reminds
you to double-click the batch file, then double-click it. Walla, e-mail
sent!
