On the properties of your Internet SMTP connector (or your Default SMTP
Virtual Server, if you don't have an Internet SMTP Connector), click on the
Delivery tab and then on the Advanced button.

Then click on the Help button.

You want either the Masquerade field or the Fully Qualified Domain Name
field on that dialog box. The Help button will explain what each of them is
precisely for.

It's sounds like you're talking about which domains the ES will accept.
I'm talking about how ES reports itself to other mail servers.
