Troy,

Have you tried setting up remote desktop (assuming his office desktop
has XP). Depending on their firewall configs (if will allow) remote
desktop should provide better performance for your connection speed then
going through OWA. Just perhaps another way to try.

Thanks,
Shawn.

hello there guys-its the irish paddy here again...i have a problem that
i cant seem to sort. the MD of one of my clients wants a copy of his
emails on his home PC. he wants to download them just as they would at
work. what i did was set up Outlook on his home PC and asked it to
download his emails from the server in his office as a POP account. the
problem is this emptied his inbox. is it possible to do this without
empting his inbox????

surely this is a doddle to you lot.

ps i wanted him to use the OWA but there server is on a 64k isdn line
connected 24/7 with a static IP-which is so slow he'd prefer have a
replica of his office desktop on his home PC

thanks in advance
