[ExchangeList] RUS problems when accounts created using ADUC from XP workstation

before and no one really had any opinion on this.
In light of recent discussions on RUS problems, I thought I'd throw it
out again.
Has anyone seen or noticed conditions where accounts created using ADUC
on a Windows XP workstation would hose up the RUS service in Exchange,
making it necessary to restart Exchange before email addresses would be
automatically generated?  Running Exchange 2003 Enterprise on W2K3
Standard server in Windows 2000 domain, native mode.
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd
be a shortage of fishing poles. - Doug Larson
