The offline address book is built on a scheduled basis. If you add a user today, it may not end up in the OAB until after the rebuild time (typically overnight). You could force the rebuild to occur now via the ESM if you wanted to hurry things along. I believe it's a right-click function of the OAB node. I can see the address when I connect to the server - and it acts as though it is synchronizing - but when I go offline one of the new entries does not show up in the offline address book - What am I doing wrong?
