Outlook Offline Address Book

Hi All
Has anyone had problems with the offline address book not bringing over the
new entries and changes when you synchronize for offline use. I can see the
address when I connect to the server - and it acts as though it is
synchronizing - but when I go offline one of the new entries does not show up
in the offline address book -
What am I doing wrong?
