OWA and set as reply

Hello
I have a situation where a user will use OWA and reply to email and the
address has changed. Example we host domains abc.com and xyz.com, user
receives email addressed to abc.com and when he replies the reply to address
is now xyz.com even though his default reply to address is abc.com. We are
using OWA using SP4. Anybody ever seen this or know how to resolve this
issue?
