Check the machine that runs Exchange system event log to see if there are any errors. If not you may have to check if you have logging enabled in Exchange so you can see what's going on. They open few messages no problem. Some messages they try to open from home says This page can't be displayed, error 404 file not found. Even I am sure the message exist and if they logoff OWA and try again they can access that message but after opening few messages they run into a message again to say this page can't be displayed. And at times the OWA stops responding till they close the browser, even there is not time of inactivity which might be a reason for auto log off, they are active reading messages but this happen. Any idea? thnx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: andrew@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
