Also, check if your CA is pointing to the crashed Exchange 5.5 server, if so 
change it.

        Hey guys,
         
        Here's the deal:
         
        I was migrating an exchange 5.5 server to a new Exchange 2000 box. 
Everything cool, Installed ADC on the Exchange 5.5. box, created ADC's 
connection agreements, moved mailboxes, everything was going smoothly.
         
        When I was finished migrating mailboxes, the former's Exchange hard 
drive crashed. I didn't have time to migrate the site connectors I previously 
had.
         
        Well, now all I need is to create two site connectors with remote 
exchange 5.5 servers. All the rest is working. But I can't see the other two 
administrative groups anymore! What could be wrong?
