Moving Exchange 2003 / win 2003 to cluster and enterprise editions.

Hi all,
We have installed Exchange 2003 on a Win 2003 server.
We now want to move the Exchange to a cluster server, and the enterprise
edition of the Exchange server.
How do I proceed with this, since we will be moving to a different
hardware and software platform, what needs to be done.
