Moving Ex2k

I have an Exchange server 2000 which is almost full with 16gb. Now what
happens when we hit the Microsoft 16gb mark? Does it stop accepting mail
in/out? How do I resolve this? What do I need to do to extend the 16gb
limit? Add a 2nd Server? Larger hard drive?
