No issues..Windows 2003 based AD and Windows 2000 based AD live happily together. Make sure they are all running sp3 minimum on their Windows 2000 DCs. Also when they see what your exchange 2003 can do, they would want to migrate to Windows 2003 as well !! Make sure you take the credit for that. /Gill _____ From: Kelvin Hee [mailto:Kelvin.Hee@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, January 14, 2005 12:11 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Migration advice http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi Gill, Any issue if our AD run on Windows 2003 (and Exchange 2003 on W2003 server) and the company B still on Win2000 AD with Exchange 2003 on Win2000 server ? Thanks -----Original Message----- From: Sarbjit Singh Gill [mailto:ssgill@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 14 January 2005 11:03 To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Migration advice http://www.MSExchange.org/ But your exchange is 2003. You won't get the full benefits of Exchange 2003 when it is running on Windows 2000 /Gill _____ From: Kelvin Hee [mailto:Kelvin.Hee@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, January 14, 2005 10:49 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Migration advice http://www.MSExchange.org/ Because the main parent company (Company B) is still on Windows 2000. -----Original Message----- From: Steve Moffat [mailto:steve@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: 14 January 2005 10:40 To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Migration advice http://www.MSExchange.org/ Why Windows 2000?, better with 2003.
