Migrating to Exchange 2000 to 2003

Hello,
I want to migrate from the current exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003
enterprise edition, the server I want to migrate to is not yet member
server I have just installed Windows 2003 onto it. How do I go about
installing exchange 2003 and eventually move all the mailbox to the new
server.
