creating a new e-mail domain

I am using exchange 2003, currently I have a email domain set up for two
companies and I want the companies to have there own e-mail domain. I am
setting up a second e-mail domain, I will be transferring some users to
the new e-mail domain, can anyone help me on setting up the second email
domain.
