Mailbox Access Security

Hello All,
I am currently running MS Exchange 5.5 in Windows NT 4.0 environment and one
of the things my current bosses want is a log in the event view of all
security logging on a particular mailbox when accessed.
I would like someone to show me how to get this information onto the event
view in order for the Security personal in the organization to use this for
their audit work?
