Hello. Besides to aplly Service Pack 4 for MS Exchange Server, you should check your hard disk, because its seeming you have a disk problem. When you cant even open the windows explorer, you might be having a disk problem. I would try to run chkdsk with its available options. The number of the members of your DL is not big at all. The size of the message neither.
