I too faced this problem when I removed log files from exchange server.
Replace the log files back into the same folder.

Thanks & Regards

Subject: [exchangelist] MISSING LOGFILE

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I think my exchange server is missing some vital files, it is not
mounting the store and I am not getting

any m drive. I got this message from event viewer any suggestions on how
to proceed would be appreciated.

I also restarted services and rebooted with no success

Information Store (2720) Database E:\Program
Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb requires logfiles 41685-41688 in order
to recover successfully.

Recovery could only locate logfiles up to 41687.

Thanks Jeff
