MAPI call failed

I want to know about the MAPI call failed.
sometime the error message appear when i will open exchange administrator.
The error message is:
The MAPI call failed:
MAPI or an unspecified service provider. ID no: 80004005-0000-00000000
what is the resolution for this or what should i do to fix it?
