On exchange 5.5 I don't know :) to keep a copy of all outgoing/incoming mails in an exchange 2000 : Open Exchange system manager Expand till the MAilbox Store Right click the mailbox store for properties On the general tab there is a option "Archive all messages sent or recieved by mailboxes on this store", tick it and below choose where you want to store the archives, or public folder or mailbox. Hope this helps :) Regards, Robert Abela - GFI Software Ltd. - www.gfi.com Messaging, Content Security & Network security software GFI: FAXmaker - LANguard - MailSecurity - DownloadSecurity -----Original Message----- From: Mat Yen Menggelitis [mailto:matyen76@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, November 21, 2002 8:54 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Keep a copy e-mail to server http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi guys, Would like to ask, on Exchange 5.5 or Exchange 2000, is there any features or capabilities of this products to keep a copy of the e-mail send out by a user to the internal and also to the internet.
